I am delighted to announce that Caitlin Hall has been appointed as County Youth Lead for Lincolnshire Scouts. Caitlin is tasked with driving our youth-shaped agenda across the County. I know that Caitlin will do an amazing job of supporting our volunteers, helping to shape our programme, influencing decisions that we make at the County level and working alongside our brilliant team of District Youth Commissioners to help embed the ideas and decisions of young people into local scouting.
Caitlin said "I'm Caitlin, the new county youth lead and I'm incredibly excited to get going after having been to the World Scout Jamboree last year and having had an amazing twelve years in scouting myself. Over the next few months, I plan to gather as much feedback from scouts as possible to truly making Lincolnshire Scouting Youth Shaped. Thanks to Ellie and Jacob, we've already got an amazing Youth Shaped Team who I've been having monthly meetings with working on making young people's voices heard".
I would also like to thank Ellie and Jacob for the fantastic job they have done as Youth Commissioners.
