Cost

Participants: £60

Non-Participants (Leaders, Young Leaders, Leaders Children) : £15

This covers your camping on-site, activities, infrastructure and administration of the event. Our fun filled programme will last all weekend and give our young people an adventure of a lifetime. 

LINCUB Registration

You can register your groups here

Packs will need to register their interest using this system and send a £150 non-refundable deposit before 25th May 2025.

Final numbers and payment will be due on 25th July 2025.

Making a Payment for LINCUB

The LINCUB Team would prefer all payments via BACS. In order to pay via this method, you will need the information below:

Please use payment reference: LC followed by your booking reference

For example, if your group had the booking reference 12345, the reference would be: LC12345

If your Group is unable to pay via BACS, please make out a cheque payable to Lincolnshire County Scout Council and send it along with your booking receipt, which will be sent to you via email automatically once you have registered, to:
